Yesterday I decided to do a mini photo shoot while I executed my morning workout. I look so young with my hair up and no make up on. You would think I was like 11 when I’m really 18. It’s cool when I’m 40, I’ll look 20. But it’s always nice shooting with Ajani.
2014 the year I turned my life around for the better. For me it was the year that I was able to turn some of my dreams into reality and it has been an amazing process. I am really happy with the turn around. I am healthier, happier and stronger.
I held more than a couple fitness classes, I lost a lot of bad body fat, I started a way healthier diet (without starving myself), among many other things that I wanted to do. I will only continue to grow from here. I have learned so much and I never want to stop learning. That’s why I have my blog, so I can share with you all some of the things I have learned.
I remember in Kindergarten I couldn’t believe I was going to graduate high school in 2014 . . I thought cars would be flying by now.
2015 is just a new chapter for me, but I still have the same ultimate goal – be the best kind of person I can be. I plan to do that by becoming an outstanding fitness trainer who travels the world helping people (after I’ve already helped my community first). My dreams are way more extensive than just that but I would have to write a book in order to list all of them. One small goal I do need to take care of is becoming more flexible. I have been dying to find the right yoga instructor/class.
I wish you all well in your 2015 journey. May you and your families prosper.
2015 . . . Cleopatra’s Army is ready for you!
