Do not my mind my crazy fro!
I decided to use this beautiful day wisely and get in a good workout. I focused on my legs and abs mostly. I always stretch before every workout. My workout consisted of jumping jacks, jump rope, leg ups, jumps, squats, sit ups, lunges, wall sits and repeat. I have been working out every single day.
Another thing is, I only drink water ( sometimes I throw in lemon slices for a little flavor ).
