Do not my mind my crazy fro!

I decided to use this beautiful day wisely and get in a good workout. I focused on my legs and abs mostly.  I always stretch before every workout. My workout consisted of jumping jacks, jump rope, leg ups, jumps, squats, sit ups, lunges, wall sits and repeat. I have been working out every single day.

Another thing is, I only drink water ( sometimes I throw in lemon slices for a little flavor ).

I didn’t even have to do it alone Ajani came along and exercised with me. He also took all these great photos. Check his other work out here.

  1. Would you consider being a trainer ? Or Maybe recommending how many sets should be done for a workout. I’m trying to also get my life on track but I’m unsure of how to begin this fitness stage.
