My family used to call me “BamBam” for walking around the kitchen with a gallon of water in each hand , AT TWO YEARS OLD. In the last year I have not been taking care of my body as well as I used to. So, I decided it is time for a turn around. Ever since March began I have been working out almost every day. My goal is to eat healthy, use more natural products on my body, consistently workout, and to help others do the same. I skateboard, I run, I swim, I cycle, and I practice Kung Fu. Clearly, I am no beginner. These are some shots of me from today’s workout.

My Butt

My most frequently asked question about my workouts is how did I get my butt to look the way it does. First off you have to understand that not every body type can have a large rear end, but you can have a healthy firm one. For me, I run at the track by my house three times a week, and I do about 100 squats on those same days. I also do a lot of lunges and bridges. All of those exercises have helped me ” get ” my butt.

If you do not do these correctly, you won’t see the results you are looking for. In the near future I’ll be posting videos to show my readers how I conduct my workouts. Another thing is to make sure you start of small. Do a little bit each day and continue to add on. You can just start at doing 50 squats, these things take time and patience.

Also, believe it or not, the whole “twerking” phenom helps! I spend about an hour everyday dancing in my home and that also helps me maintain my shape.

  1. I’ve been doing squats for a month now,but a few people have told me that they will make my butt smaller than actually lifting it…what is your input in this since you’ve been doing them for a while now?

  2. Do you eat alot of protein to get it bigger? I have a slim body, and a tiny waist so my upper half is good, but anytime I workout my lower half, It seems that my legs get bigger but my butt smaller, any suggestions?

  3. Any tips on how I can slim my thighs down? I have like a smaller frame up top and I’m really thick on the bottom and I want to kind of balance things out if you know what I mean lol

  5. I’m in Hoboken, I really want to start working out. But I have no idea how to believe it or no. Is there an instructor you’d recommend?
